By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with Gluten free Hotel Villa Andrea (the Hotel) that the reservation, if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:

 

 

RESERVATION PAYMENT TERMS,

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION 

 

Prepayment:

• In order to be able to confirm your booking we request a 50% prepayment of the full amount paid by PayPal on the day of booking,

• In case payment is not received in the indicated time, the Hotel may cancel your booking without notice. 

 

Cancellations and changes to bookings:

 

• Cancellation 14 or more days prior to the date of arrival: the amount paid is reimbursed to the customer in full.

• Full or partial cancellation 13 days and less days prior to the date of arrival – the full amount of the prepayment will be retained.

• Changes to bookings (number of guests, length of stay, guest names) prices will be recalculated depending on the occupancy rate, length of stay, price season and the items above. In any case, changes will be considered valid following the receipt of a written confirmation from the hotel and depending on availability.
  
   The above terms and conditions do not apply to special promotions and packages, which are subject to special booking, prepayment and cancellation conditions.

Any refund fee is on account of the customer

Rates quoted on the Website are in Euro.

At the Front Desk the Hotel accepts only Bulgarian Leva and Credit Cards.

        

Check-in time: 14:00. Check-out time: 11:00 

Should you arrive at the Hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Reception for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.
Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.
Please check with the Reception at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12pm to 6pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6pm.

 

Children and extra beds

 

All children are welcome.

The baby cot, breakfast and lunch for the kids under 3 y.o. are free of charge.

An adult instead of a kid - extra charge is 20 Euro.

Extra charge for an additional bed, breakfast and lunch: a kid from 3 to 10 y.o. - 40 Euro, a person above 10 y.o. - 70 Euro.   

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
