Dear friends! I wrote my previous greeting letter 2 years ago when we were just opening our gluten free hotel. Now, I am happy to admit that we have already hosted more than 500 celiac guests during these 2 years. We`ve made many friends all over the world, we`ve learned much about this disease, we `ve learned how to cook “as usual” remaining gluten free. We`ve hosted a Gluten free Camp with Dr. Lidia Cremer from Romania and this year we`ll host several more.
Last week we found out that our son is not a celiac. Hallelujah! It was a doctor`s mistake. 6 years of a strict gluten free diet. 6 years of isolation… I truly believe that it wouldn`t happen if I didn`t make this hotel. We had no hesitation that we should proceed working on our gluten free hotel. Being 100% gluten free. We know what it is to be a celiac and I think this hotel makes sense to that fateful doctor`s mistake.

Welcome to Villa Andrea Family Hotel! My name is Galya. I’m the hotel manager and mum of three. One of my kids is gluten intolerant and I have the gluten-sensitive gene too, my whole family switched to the gluten-free diet. We’ve learnt to have a tasty life without gluten and our home is always full of guests who don’t seem to notice the lack of bread on the table. One day an idea came to us. We decided to open a hotel for people who are just like us here in Bulgaria where we live! A place where they could take a rest without gluten and everyday working routine, enjoy delicious food and meet new people.
For a long time we’ve been looking for a hotel where we would like to have a rest ourselves, - a peaceful and comfortable location by the seaside. And we found it! It is situated in close proximity to a forest. Every room has a spectacular seaside view and overlooks the Old Town of Nesebar. The rooms are reasonably sized and we equipped them with everything our guests may need. You won’t find any gluten food on the Restaurant and Bar Menu. Your kids and you can choose anything you like! All food is gluten-free. We truly hope you enjoy our delicious food.
